Amy Bach
Executive Chef
Amy Bach brings 15 years of professional experience and a
creative passion for cooking and catering to Dinner in Hand.
Amy began her culinary career with Amy's Cuisine, a small catering
business in New Rochelle. She has been a Chef for some of
Westchester’s premiere caterers including Abigail Kirsch Culinary
Productions, Executive Chef for Concordia College in Bronxville, and
most recently a Chef/Instructor at MacMenamins Grill and Chef Works
in New Rochelle
Amy brings another dimension to her culinary talents she is also
visually creative. Therefore, her catering and food presentation is
superior to most. It’s easy as she is a professional jewelry
designer. A graduate of Parson’s School of Design, Amy worked as a
custom Jewelry designer for almost 15 years.
Her Sunday dinners and holiday feasts have drawn crowds of friends
and family for years. During the winter holidays her idea of down
time is baking homemade cookies and sweets (no less then 15 kinds)
and gift wrapping them for friends and family. Her friends gladly
take away containers of Amy’s homemade soups , Marinara sauce,
vinaigrettes and salsas. Much of her culinary inspiration comes from
her worldwide travels to London, Italy, Thailand, Mexico and the
Caribbean.
Amy is a Westchester native and currently lives in Scarsdale with
her husband, two daughters and two step-daughters. In her spare time
Amy loves to entertain, travel, garden, watercolor and spend time
with her wonderful family.
